WHO IS MY LORD?

I think one of the things that I most detest in religion is that mankind believes that they can define God.  That mankind believes that they can define God is the pinnacle of arrogance.....and the antithesis of meek and humble.  It is enough that God has defined me and you.  It is enough that God has provided a Sacrificial Lamb to provide the method, and the focus, for my personal eternal journey of self discovery within God.  My life here on earth is just a beginning.

The best way to find out about The Lord, Jesus Christ is to establish a relationship with Him and to read about Him in the Scriptures.  Below I have recorded some scriptures that reflect His nature.

If you don't have a Bible there is a great Online Bible at the following link:  http://www.htmlbible.com  The King James version is:  http://www.htmlbible.com/kjv30/index.htm

There is a great Biblical Search resource on the internet also.  http://www.htmlbible.com/cgi-bin/search/search.pl   You can search out words or phrases, and all the scriptures that have that word or phrase will be brought to you.

OPINION: I don't think we are to consider too much on what Christ looked like....it is not important....and should not be a point of division  for Believers.  He did not come down for us to get fixed on His looks....we are to get fixed on His heart.  There is not sin in having a picture of Him, if we know the picture is not truly His image.  Such is not an idol.  Some would say that kneeling before a cross to pray would be kneeling before an Idol.  Our Christ knows our hearts.  If our hearts are set on financial gain above all else...than our hearts are set on idols....and so on.  If our hearts are set on Christ returning and establishing His Kingdom.....no matter what happens to us in the process.....than our hearts are set on Christ...and God's Will.  Humans get so petty on issues that have nothing to do with salvation...and love of God.

MORE OPINION:

Christ is our Doorway, our Lamb......in my eyes any who have Christ and look forward with all their hearts to His return, or to what He has promised, who want His Will not theirs, are Christians.

Mankind throughout the ages have fought and divided the Believers over trying to define that which they cannot understand, That which is so far above them that they will not be able to understand it until Christ, our King, Our Savior is once more with us during the 1,000 year reign of the Millennium that I hope is soon to come.  Our King will then teach truth for 1,000 years, not letting any man teach otherwise.  At the end of that time, Satan will be allowed to interfere on earth again, and those who decide to follow satan, will not do so because they were not taught the truth.....but because their hearts are aligned with the Dragon.....not Our Lord.

Psalms 118:8  It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

I don't let any man of earth teach me, that includes the Councils of Nicaea and those who proclaim to be prophets after Christ ascended.  The Holy Spirit was given to all who accept Jesus Christ as their Savior, and the Holy Spirit is a perfect teacher.....depending on the openness, humbleness, meekness, teach ability of the student. It is so tiring hearing this or that church say that this other church is false,.....wading through the heavy doctrinal issues that man has applied to the path of salvation....so you can be sure you are aligned correctly?  Nothing of man has meaning.  We are not to look towards man for our truths.  Christ's yoke is easy, and simple.

God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit......they RULE!  Understanding how that is, or not understanding.....is not at all going to keep anyone from salvation because our Savior is the Lamb, who is Jesus Christ, Who said, Believe Upon Me.  I do.  He can explain the relationship of the three in person someday.  It is not a salvation issue to understand it accurately.  Christ said, I am in the Father, He is in Me, you will be in Me and I will be in you.  That is enough for me.  The words of Jesus' prayer (below) to the Father apply to all of us who believed the words that were taught to the Apostles by Christ.  Jesus was praying this before He was to be crucified.  We too will be one with them!  I know Jesus told us to pray to the Father, and do it in Jesus' name, via the power of the Holy Spirit.

The Dragon uses the various egos of man to divide what is so simple, and such an easy yoke, as Christ, Himself said...."My burden is light, my yoke is easy."  Mankind struggles with power and ego issues, turning many away.

There is much that is confusing in the Bible..... that is what the Holy Spirit has taught me, and many others too, that are non-denominational, and even those that are within all sorts of denominations who don't listen to man, but to the Holy Spirit.  Those who follow the Holy Spirit and Christ first, above and beyond any church prophets, or teachers of mankind are Christians.  All churches contain error, because all churches contain mankind, and mankind, without the help of the Holy Spirit and constant daily prayer is subject to the whim of the Dragon.  "Lead us not into temptation and deliver us from evil" should be a daily prayer, because Christ knows that we need daily protection until we are transfigured.

EVEN MORE OPINION:
God expects us to put all scripture together into one harmonious story.   If you are devouring the word of God, when you have almost completed the meal......you will have the information you need to figure things out.  Christ, Himself, said He speaks in parables, and in such ways to keep the truth hidden from the ways of the world, from those who are busy in the world.  The more we are in the world and practice the ways of the world, the more truths will be hidden from us, which are right there for the finding.  But we have to be eager for the truth, want it above all other things of the world.

These truths are not salvational, they are a greater picture of Our Lord.  Salvation is simple...it is recognizing our nature without Christ (LOST), asking Christ to be Our Lord (FOUND), setting our egos aside so that He can begin the process of changing our nature via the HOLY SPIRIT that is our gift from Our Lord, and accepting that He paid our price on the cross with His earthly death, so that we might have Eternal Life within Him (CHANGED).  And, it was meant to be simple.  But, mankind, in the world, tries to make that part which should be simple, complex, adding all man's doctrine to the simple truth of salvation.  Causing division within the Body.  Thank God, that He has the mercy and grace to overcome mankind's quibbles.

IN JESUS'S OWN WORDS:  (Below)

Matthew 11:29-30 (Jesus speaking) Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.  For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Matthew 22:36-40  Then one of them, a lawyer, asked Him (Jesus) a question, testing Him, and saying, "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?"  Jesus said to him,"You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.  This is the first and great commandment.  And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.  On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."

John 10:7  Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.

John 10:9  (Jesus speaking) I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

JOHN 3: 5-21 (RED words are Jesus' words)
5-Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water  (here on earth within the waters below the firmament) and of the Spirit (When we receive our transfigured spiritual bodies we will have been born again.....and this process starts with the Holy Spirit residing within us when we accept Christ as our Master and Savior.) he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6-That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7-Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
8-The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
listeth
1st Cor 12:11, Heb 2:4
9-Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?
10-Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?

(Those in the time of Jesus and the Apostles were familiar with,....were "masters" of the knowledge of Israel's history.... the Books that were not included in the Bible by the Councils of Nicaea,..... including the Book of Enoch who lived in the time of Adam).

In the Book of Enoch it is written that the waters above the firmament is where God the Father, Who is SPIRIT, resides, and these "waters" will never be muddied.  According to one of the books that were not put in the Bible...I think it was the book of Enoch... even the angels cannot go there where God the Father Eternal resides.  (Christ can, because He is the Only Begotten Son of the Father, and is One with the Father!) The Angels can only go back and forth from the separating "firmament" (the Heaven that separates the waters above from the waters below the firmament )where they reside to the waters below....our earth realm...which includes our entire universe....where Jesus Christ prepared our home and our bodies (our water birth) for our Spirits to be placed within during our restoration process here on this earth in these "waters" below the firmament.....where we have a chance to set our "wills" aside to accept the Will of the Father through His Son Jesus Christ...by believing and accepting Jesus Christ, and than receiving the Gift of the Holy Spirit (the beginning of our Spiritual birth.)  if they truly believe and are not taking the Lord's Name in vain.  (Read the first verses of Genesis...especial vs 6.) The Angels reside in the Heaven/firmament that separates the two "waters".  This makes sense, because the angels can become "fallen" just as man became "fallen".  1/3 of the Angels were seduced by satan and followed him.   These are the same ones that will be coming to earth in our near future.  If they were "Spirit" they would be "in" The Father, and would be perfect and incapable of falling.  Perhaps this is why 1/3 of the Angels followed the dragon when he became upset about man's creation and God's PLAN for our restoration?????    Which, when that hapens we will be in Christ as Christ is in the Father and the Father is in Christ....and when next we see Him we will be like Him!)  Sounds like a greater glory eventually than what was planned for the Angels!

11-Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
12-If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
13-And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. (This "HEAVEN" differs from the one where Enoch, Elijah, and possibly Moses were taken up to.  They were taken to the Heaven where the Angels were.  Christ is here telling His Apostles that no man has been to the Heaven where the Father resides, accept Him, who. while talking to His Apostles at this time was in the flesh as Son of Man.)
14-And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
15-That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
16-For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
only
Gen 22:2

17-For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

18-He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

19-And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

20-For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.  (Perhaps we could discern the good or evil in our governing bodies by applying these words of Christ.  Think upon this....all that is kept in the dark within our country today so the people will not know.  If someone strives to keep things "secret" and "hidden" they are following the dark way.)

21-But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

John 10:10=(Christ spoke) The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

John 13:1  Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that He should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, He loved them unto the end.

JOHN 15, 16, 17, (Christ Speaking)

John 15: (Jesus Speaking)(4) Abide in Me, and I in you.  As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.  (5)I am the vine, you are the branches.  He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.  (6) If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.  (7) If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.  (8) By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.  (9) As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.  (10) If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and abide in His love.  (11) These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.  (12) This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.  (13) Greater love has no one than this than to lay down one's life for his friends.  (14) You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.  (15) No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.  (16) You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.  (17) These things I command you, that you love one another.

John 16: (Jesus Speaking)  (33) These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace.  In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world

John 17: (Jesus, praying to the Father)  (1)(2) Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: "Father, the hour has come.  Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as you have given Him."  (3)And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ who You have sent.  (4)-(7) I have glorified You on the earth.  I have finished the work which You have given Me to do.  And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.  I have manifested your name to the men (Apostles) whom You have given Me out of the world.  They were Yours, You gave them to Me, and they have kept Your word.  Now they have known that all things which You have given Me are from You.  (8) For I have given to them the words which You have given Me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came forth from You; and they have believed that You sent Me.  (9)  I pray for them, I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours.  (10)And all Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine, and I am glorified in them.  (11) Now I am no longer in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You.  Holy Father, keep through Your name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as We are.  (14) I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.  (15) I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one.  (16) They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.  (17)Sanctify them by Your truth.  Your word is truth.  (20) I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me (us Christians) through their word.   (22) And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one;  (23) I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as you have loved Me.  (24) Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.  (26) And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.

(It is totally evil to say that members of another church which also believes on the Lamb, Jesus Christ, Our Savior, are going to hell.  That is done all the time by almost every denomination.  Only God knows each individual human's destiny.  Jesus Christ, Our Salvational Lamb is the Doorway....man's very limited ability to understand the nature of that Doorway while here on earth, let alone after He ascended....should preclude man from judging another who accepts Jesus Christ's death on the cross as the vehicle to eternity in God's Will.)

Only having Jesus Christ within one will keep them from being deceived....and the only way to have Jesus Christ within one is to accept Him as one's Savior.  None of the gods of the other religions can save us.....because they have not died for us to pay the death sentence that came with our Fall.

James 1:5  If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

James 4:7-8==(7)Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.  (8) Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

James 4: 10==Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up. (to be "humble" is to be teachable...to be teachable to the Word of God is the road to being lifted up.)

CHRIST IN REVELATION, APPEARING TO JOHN.

REVELATIONS, Chapter 1

11..Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

12..And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;

19..Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter; (Note: Christ is telling John that the things he will be seeing are things of the past, of the present, and of the future.  This verse is another reason that I believe the Scroll that only our Lamb can open represented the beginning and the ending of Jesus' experience with man.)

Revelation 13:8  And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him (the beast), whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.  (Note it says that the Book of Life belongs to the Lamb...who is Jesus Christ...a lamb sacrificed for us.  He is the only One who can keep a person from being deceived...and ultimately lost.)

Revelation 17:8  The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder  (they will be in awe and will be deceived by the beast.) whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.  (The dragon was in the Beginning of our creation, and was not, for the most part of the Millennium( having been bound again in the bottomless pit during the Bowl Wrath at the beginning of the Millennium,...and yet is once more during the last hour of the Millennium when he was loosed again to test those who were perfectly taught about good and evil and the Will of Jesus Christ and the Father.  His "is" didn't last very long because he was cast into perdition and the 2nd Death.
